We cultivate both classic and innovative grape varieties, each carefully selected to express the best of our terroir. Our flagship wines include Cabernet Sauvignon, known for its elegance and deep, complex flavors of black currant and cedar. We’re also celebrated for our Chardonnay, which showcases a perfect balance of crisp acidity and rich, buttery notes. In recent years, we’ve had great success with Tempranillo, which thrives exceptionally well in our unique terroir. This Spanish variety produces wines with vibrant red fruit flavors and a subtle earthiness that perfectly captures the essence of our vineyard. Additionally, we’re proud of our experimental plots where we grow lesser-known varieties like Petit Verdot and Vermentino. These allow us to create distinctive blends and limited-edition wines that offer our customers new and exciting tasting experiences. Each of our varieties is tended with meticulous care, from bud break to harvest, ensuring that every bottle reflects the passion and craftsmanship of our winemaking team.
